Everything was good, the room was great modern and good looking with a terrace, balcony plus great view. The hotel had a lovely location near Casa Vasescu. The staff was excellent and affable and responsive to requests.

I have stayed here many times and would love to stay here again. Appreciated the historic-style building and our well-equipped and brand-new room. the staff were very professional and helpful yet not intrusive. the hotel's position was quiet and exceptionally nice, close to restaurants and bars.

Recently renovated and huge room, I appreciated it. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area near Uvertura Mall, a new shopping spot, a beautiful park, and the square. I enjoyed spending time by the lake, which was just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

You can also walk to nearby attractions like the pedestrian street. the room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped, with a large and comfy bed. the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast offered a variety of menus to choose from.

The noise from events and parties held in the hotel can be disruptive to those trying to sleep.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any query or request. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel's modern and clean design. I was lucky enough to have a room on the 4th floor with a balcony, offering a great view of the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good selection of traditional dishes and a perfect cup of coffee to start the day.
